I began my creative journey at the age of 12, I took art classes throughout school and in high school I was the school photographer and yearbook editor. This love for mixed media led me to studying visual creative arts at Sheridan College, where I developed a strong foundation in composition, colour theory, and visual storytelling through mixed medias. At the age of 19, I moved to St. Catharines to pursue filmmaking and broadcasting at Niagara College, where I developed my skills in editing videos, camera operating, scriptwriting, production design and directing a team. I’m a proud recent graduate of the broadcasting – television, radio & film program.
My directing work explores themes of emotional resilience, family legacy, healing, and the search for identity. I’m drawn to stories about people navigating change, whether it’s rebuilding after loss, redefining purpose, or reconnecting with themselves and others.
In my final year of the NC broadcasting program, I directed Adam’s Apples, a documentary examining the challenges of transitioning to organic farming and its impact on family and tradition. I also directed Born Again, a music video inspired by rebirth after emotional trauma. The Portrait, my directorial debut, is a short film about a struggling artist who abandons his creative integrity in favor of artificial intelligence, ultimately leading to his downfall. Additionally, I served as production designer and art director for Before You Go, a dramatic short film that explores themes of friendship and love.
As I continue building my career, I’m eager to take on new creative challenges as a production assistant, editor, or camera operator.
